I believe that with age, surely must come a little wisdom. Right?? Maybe??
I think I might be getting to that point. I had prepped most of the meals "before" hubby and I took off on our road trip last week.

Some roasted chicken, a Burgundy Beef Stew and a roasted pork loin. All cooked, wrapped up and frozen.
When it came time to fix dinner, didn't take much to whip up some simple camping meals.
